Both the person measuring and giving pricing and the team installing the blinds were on time, polite, and professional, After installation, the old blinds were taken away and the area was tidied. My blinds are exactly what I wanted, and they look amazing.

It is truly sad at this day and age where people try not to even help. I purchase over $9000.00 in blinds from here. The sales rep was great and install was great BUT after two months one of the the blinds had issue with a defective pin. I called and spoke with Jennifer to see if they if a tech or and installer could come back out to correct the problem on the NEW blind.
