I just had new window treatments installed in my condo, after 20 years. Blinds & More have such a great selection and I went with roller shades by Norman. They look so modern, sleek and cool. Shadi and Jennifer were great to work with and the process was so easy and quick. The shades took only a few weeks to arrive and the installation was professional and fast. Buyer beware of Hunter Douglas! I spent $1000 a window for motorized shades. Six years later I have a broken motor which will cost $750 to replace. The installers with this company charge $250 to troubleshoot a malfunctioning blind (A 10 minute service call ) and then a subsequent $250 to replace a motor (Which takes Less than 10 minutes). With my Blinds being six years old, the company tells me the motors will be discontinued soon so nearly $20,000 later I Completely regret purchasing Hunter Douglas motorized shades From th... read more
