It is truly sad at this day and age where people try not to even help. I purchase over $9000.00 in blinds from here. The sales rep was great and install was great BUT after two months one of the the blinds had issue with a defective pin. I called and spoke with Jennifer to see if they if a tech or and installer could come back out to correct the problem on the NEW blind.
