Unprofessional - after 2 months of ignoring 4 attempts to reach them after ordering products that we were told take 2-3 to arrive (they did take the money), installer put in the wrong product and hardware. They refuse to replace the product, but rather continue to send me repeated unprofessional emails accusing us me of “threatening” them because I stated I would write a negative review if they did not either fix the issue or refund our money. 6 months later, we still do not have the correct product.
