Late post, sorry. Outstanding service! Ernie shares his rather extensive knowledge, and his decades of experience, easily and understandably. His product knowledge was invaluable when we bought a new shade, and he services, cleans (!) and repairs everything he sells. This is our new "go to" guy for all things blinds related. Ernie worked on two of my blinds this morning. He’s very knowledgeable and truly enjoys what he does. His prices are reasonable and you can tell he’s passionate about giving the customer back blinds that are in tiptop shape. He completed my blinds in under an hour. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you so much for your hard work.
Repair miracle! Plastic chain of window roller screen was broken, there was no hope. Ernie relentlesly worked on it and fixed it!! What a gem!
