The true measure of a business is what they do when there is a issue with their product. I used Blind Wizard for some outside shades and within a year had a issue with one of the shades. I contacted the company and the owner actually contacted me and solved/repaired my shade. That is a company that you want to do business with.
I definitely would not do business with that company. They looked at me as a black woman who just recently purchased a house. They did was not equipped and did not have the blinds for me to see because I want custom blinds. I believe they looked at me as thinking I did not have the money to pay. This is a very bad company, and I suggest you would never do business with them as anybody they’re not prepared. This is a terrible company and they should not be patronized and doing business and plus they’re racist.
I bought the Motorized Honey Comb Soft Style Shades on 12/17/24 from Blind Wizard. Cecilia was great to work with. She came on time and was done in just a little while getting my measurements and helping me select the product I chose. Bob installed my Shades on 01/15/25 and he was very courteous and professional. Also very neat with the installation. My Shades fit perfectly and I could not be happier. I would definitely recommend Blind Wizard to my friends
