Terrible experience. None of the shades fit the windows there are gaps up to 3/4 inch from the window sill to the shades. The worst part is he wouldn’t even consider doing anything about ot or coming back to look at it !!! Just said he’s the best and he’s been doing this for 29 years. Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs !!!!
The lady that answers the phone is very rude, and would not transfer me to anyone. Was calling to try to become a client.
They won’t do business with just anyone.
Went in asking for a some parts and rude . Don’t even look and see if they can find anything laying around ..
