Called to set up an appointment to choose some blinds and the gentleman who I spoke to wanted to know what kind of blinds and the measurements of all the windows and he would send a quote. DUH....I called for an appointment so an "expert" could show me what was available, take measurements and then give me a quote. Then I received that two year old excuse....yup you guessed it he couldn't come by because of covid.
