Kelly is a true pleasure to work with. She was perfectly helpful without being forceful at all. She followed the project through to a lovely finish as well, even while I was out of town. The installer she works with is also a true professional who used floor covers and shoe covers to keep everything tidy. I would highly recommend for both simple and more complex projects.
I had a skylight blind installed. It is a great product, and the Blind Spot has great customer service. It was a lot easier and more pleasant than working with a big box store, and their prices were competitive. I'd recommend working with them.
