Worst experience ever! The sales staff was great. The installation has been a disaster. Their installation tech advised me to do something that he said was his specialty. That was in December. Problem is still not fixed. My Handyman found wires on the outside of my house that were part of the "specialty." Now I've learned the tech cut the power cord, and the owner won't respond to my texts. Stay far away from this company.
AWESOME customer service! Love, love, love the selection and their product offerings are like no others in Grayson County. A MUST go to place if shopping for something of higher quality, affordable and not what you get in the big box stores.
