My husband had been here a number of times and enjoyed the services he got. However upon booking appointments he would then get a call the morning of saying the stylist called out and they would have to reschedule. We were understanding the first time, but this happened multiple times.... You should be able to book a hair appointment and not have to worry if it's actually going to happen or not. He now goes somewhere else.
Staff was very friendly, but not worth the price paid. Hair was cut shorter than asked for and my beard wasn’t cut how I asked. I had to shave again once I got home.
Not only is the team professional and friendly. The environment is welcoming, comfortable, and friendly for all. Even fur babies! And travelers like me. A welcoming libation prepares you for the transformation, if you so choose. I was looking forward to a haircut. I walked away transformed. I'm feeling like a kid with a new pair of kicks.
