Did decent job for last minute call. Cant complain
Made 7pm appointment for a hair cut and beard trimmed. Showed up 20 minutes earlier then my appointment to find it locked up and lights out and tried calling several times. Waited until 7:05 and left . I also had to pay $9.50hr for parking. They gave zero attempt to contact me to cancel my appointment after they have my email and phone number . If I could I'd give them a zero star review
My husband had been here a number of times and enjoyed the services he got. However upon booking appointments he would then get a call the morning of saying the stylist called out and they would have to reschedule. We were understanding the first time, but this happened multiple times.... You should be able to book a hair appointment and not have to worry if it's actually going to happen or not. He now goes somewhere else.
Staff was very friendly, but not worth the price paid. Hair was cut shorter than asked for and my beard wasn’t cut how I asked. I had to shave again once I got home.
