Had 1 problem, all blinds put in the new house except the sliding glass door in the kitchen area. Called them and came out the next day hung a sheet overnight.
We ordered blinds, paid our deposit of $500, and after excuse after excuse, we had to ask to get our money back. Dave kept canceling the install and we found out the blinds were never ordered. I do not usually post reviews, but I would never advise anyone to work with this organization. Unprofessional and unorganized.
I have used the Blind Outlet for years for my commercial customers. When there has been an issue .... which is very rare ... they are always quick to correct the problem. Items have come in a timely manner and even sooner than expected. Dave is great to take on appointments with customers and is always very knowledgeable about the products. Customer service is great!
A NIGHTMARE!!! We ordered a house full of custom Hunter Douglas shades from Dave and he told us they would arrive within 3 weeks. He needed half of the money down. After 4 weeks and no call, we called and he said they had accidently been shipped to another state but should be in the following week. No call the following week. This time when we called, he said they would be in the next week and even set a time for installation. He called the morning of the supposed install and said they did not arrive on the truck.
