Blind Magic saved the day! We lost brackets in the move, but Rachel was tremendously helpful and patient to help us figure out which replacement brackets to get and walked us through how to reinstall them. What a great local resource - will gladly return to them for all future blinds related needs.
We have a mini honey comb blind that got stuck. I googled it nd found Blind Magic with excellent reviews, so I gave it a try. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. It took a day and the repair was done and it came back brand new.I was very happy.I will recommend them.

The tech, Ulan, came and quickly assessed my issues and implemented a fix. He was polite, focused, and efficient while on the job. I called a different company Google recommended prior to my call to Blind Magic and was told I would need a total replacement of blinds. My next call was Blind Magic and now knowing how quickly and easily they fixed my blinds makes that first company’s recommendation even more ridiculous. I will be calling Blind Magic for my future needs.
I highly recommend Blind Magic. From the very first encounter by phone and text the customer service was first rate. Especially that of Rachelle who answers the phone, texts and is the company's primary point of contact at the front counter when you arrive. We were new to the area and bought a home with two dozen (filthy and many with broken cords) Hunter Douglas honeycomb duette window shades.
