I highly recommend Blind Magic. From the very first encounter by phone and text the customer service was first rate. Especially that of Rachelle who answers the phone, texts and is the company's primary point of contact at the front counter when you arrive. We were new to the area and bought a home with two dozen (filthy and many with broken cords) Hunter Douglas honeycomb duette window shades. One of seven of my old roller shades malfunctioned and my efforts to repair failed. The manufacturer had discontinued the pattern of course and couldn’t supply parts. Contacted Blind Magic for repairs and they were able to install the shade on a different roller which I was able to install myself saving me replacing every blind in the room and saving me $$$$! Highly recommend!
We had two blinds that needed repairs They were expertly fixed. Rachel was especially communicative. I would recommend this company
I contacted them over text and told them my vertical blinds don't tilt and that I wanted to know if they can fix it. I told them it was Graber blinds and Rachel assured me they usually can fix Graber blinds and that I can bring the rod in or have a technician come out, so I scheduled to have the technician come out for a fee of $145. Well the tech came out and said we can't fix the rod. We can only fix the pull string. I said I texted Rachel that the functionality was at the rod level and not a string issue. My wand for my Levolor blinds broke and I called Blind Magic. I spoke to Rachel who proceeded to provide me with my two options and I chose to have repair person come to my house. The gentleman showed up, calling before, he gave me my two options and proceeded to replace my wand. He was extremely tidy washing his hand before touching my Levolors and after.
