We love our automated blinds! They’re convenient and quiet. We had a small issue with one and it was replaced quickly. Highly recommend The Blind Lady.
It was great working with the people at blind lady. We were out of town and they worked with us, keeping the store open late so we could come see the blinds. They went out of their way to make sure we had temporary blinds in place and when they came to install, everything fit to a T and looked beautiful and worked easy out of the box. Couldn't say enough about how happy I am with the experience.
Jane was amazingly patient with me as I took my time deciding on style and colors of window coverings with two in-home and one store visit to update my whole house. Moral of the story was I landed on her original suggestions so she absolutely knows her products and customer's style. Installation was quick and well done. The company came recommended to me by family who had installed blinds in two houses over the years and I would also recommend Jane.
Jane scheduled an in home appointment with me right before Christmas, and had helpful and practical suggestions for ordering my Hunter Douglas blind. She asked me for photos of the windows we would be working on in order to understand the scope of the project before she came. She was personable, professional and has a good eye for detail. I would definitely recommend her business to others.
