I submitted a web enquiry almost two weeks ago, followed by a phone call. I was told someone would call me back, but I never heard from them. At the same time, I contacted one of their competitors and within three days they had completed a site measure provided a quote to which I accepted.
Only a one because Google doesn’t have the function to give zero. Absolutely useless. Was very rude to the person before us, told us the entry foyer was all they had (there’s a whole showroom we could see through the windows), and didn’t even know what thermal curtains are. Why bother being in this business if you don’t want to sell anything?! Don’t bother.
Purchased Blinds from Nick which got delivered and installed today. I couldn't be happier with the overall service and reasonable price. Would highly recommend. Thanks again
