We were pleased with the excellent service we received when we purchased our blinds 1 1/2 years ago for our new home. Recently, one shade broke so we were needing it repaired. I placed a phone call and the next day Steve was here to take down the shade and send it back for repair. We were very pleased that The Blind Guy is so quick to respond even on helping with a repair. It is nice to see a company who is there even after the sale is completed! Great Service!
