Bob installed 4 mechanical blinds for me, 1 of which stopped working after a year. I tried calling and emailing multiple times over 2 months and he did not respond. His business phone number goes straight to voicemail. I called Hunter Douglas directly today, and they said the best thing to do is to contact the original dealer. They said there were no service centers near where I live and other dealers likely would not help me since I did not purchase through them. We recently purchased a home in Lexington MA and our neighbor was nice enough to tell us about Bob and the Blind Gallery. We loved the Pirouettes he put in his house and wanted a similar style in ours. Bob was kind enough to visit us on a Sunday (my only day off) and put together a very aggressive / fair price on doing our entire house with Pirouettes and PowerView. Bob and Joel at the Blind Gallery were the second estimate we received and as soon as we met them, I knew we had to go with them. I loved that Joel was the one to come out and measure / consult versus a sales person. We had some very large windows we needed ideas for and he came up with the perfect solutions. All of the blinds look amazing for a competitive price and Joel and his dad were fun and easy to work with.
