If you need blinds I highly recommend Blind Faith Blinds.
My experience was terrible but I don’t know if this review will be buried. This company didn’t install quality and properly measured products. I would never recommend them. I hired another company to install more shutters and there is a world of difference. Two years later and I paid close to the same amount of money with a far superior product. Blind Faith Blinds is so bad, I can’t even find the right words to articulate their unprofessionalism and poor ethics.
Mark dealt with me and our issues like a true gentleman. We had many issues with supply but mark was persistent and helped us get the order correct. I think the true measure of a business is not how they act when things go according to plan but how they deal with issues. He handled my frustrations and continued to work on this issue until fixed. I am happy with results now, and very impressed with the business.
Mark has done amazing job installing blinds for my home. Best customer service, replaced the blinds when ran in to issue few years after the installation.
