Absolutely brilliant service from Mark and his team. I needed new curtains as well as a new pole for a tall bay window in my lounge. BATS wasn't the only quote we got but they were the only people who looked at the room and the window and understood what was going to look best in this space. Once the curtains were made the care and attention taken in firstly fitting the pole and then hanging the curtains were second to none. My window now looks absolutely beautiful.
