This store needs to be shut down or new people need to be hired they are very disrespectful and rude all the time, and I´ve been here on plenty of different occasions. They don´t have any customer service skills and i went up there to ask the worker a question and the first thing he said to me was hes busy and motioned for me to move out of the line, don´t go here they don´t deserve the business.
Avoid This Company - R & J Tire Inc - 4842 Jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross, GA 30093 I would rate this company a (0) if I could. Several months ago I got two used tires put on my car at this company, not even 90 days later, I'm on I-85 S in the HOV lane and I hear sound and see something fly away from my car, I thought I had a blowout. This store straight up needs customer service skills. The woman behind the register was rude because she closes at 8 and we were there at 745. Then she calls a worker over to try to rush us out with about 50 in sales in our hand. I will never ever shop here again.
Blimpie is always hit or miss. Sometimes the sandwich is awesome and fresh. Sometimes its a soggy mess. I still keep going back though!
I just left there with my sisters and we were looking at the hair. We're laughing and having a good time when a short older Asian lady comes to us and tells us if we want to buy something let her know if not don't play in the store. I am a grown women who knows how to behave in public. I can laugh if I want as long as I'm not disrupting others which I wasn't. I'll never shop there again. I felt the way she approached us was rude and discriminating.
I have been patronizing this business for nearly 10 years now. I have always experienced excellent customer service, until today. I arrived at the Fairburn Road location just after 5:00 PM. Upon my arrival I went straight back to the wigs and picked up the ones I wanted to try on. The wig girl was busy so I waited for her to become free. While buying lunch at a local Blimpie (1710 Prices Fork Rd Blacksburg, VA, 24060) store today my husband was saddened to discover a new low in customer service; after listening to two employees converse in front of him for over two to three minutes He tried to order a meatball sandwich, only to be told in a smirky attitude that there were not meatball sandwiches today; as He turned to leave, the associate called after him all the way from across the store: "Thank you for your business! Please leave your attitude at the door"
