A wolf among sheep. Too bad an old asian lady who has a terrible demeanor about her has to ruin what was otherwise a nice interaction with a friendly staff member on the floor who asked if I needed help. I bought something that was on sale but it rang up wrong on the till and so I showed her the advertisement and instead of apologizing, she stared me down as if it were my fault. Bought a 14mm wrench and came back not 5 minutes later to swap it to a smaller one. Guy said “I can tell it’s used” even though it hadn’t seen bolt yet. Horrible customer service, I would certainly go somewhere else
