Kelly provided outstanding customer service. I brought in a house-brand pressure sprayer because I thought it was defective and was ready to return/exchange it. Instead of simply processing a return, Kelly patiently took the time to troubleshoot the sprayer with me, explained how it worked, and even helped me refill the tank with water to test it. This place is a winner. Very attentive to customers willing to find whatever you’re looking for. I noticed that someone had to look for a ladder downstairs and they were careful with taking them down there warning them of the stairs. Surprisingly, one of the things that I was looking for they didn’t have but they did have similar items. But you could find pretty much anything you want in this place. Very disappointing customer service. I visited this store around noon today at around 13:00 and was served by a cashier who was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. Throughout the entire transaction, there was not even a simple “hello” or “thank you.” The cashier’s facial expression and attitude made it seem as though serving customers was an inconvenience.
