Terrible experience. Not the same caring practice that it was with Allan and the girls. It used to be such a friendly and caring practice. My dog was suffering and receptionist was not interested nor sympathetic. Grotty little reception area, no air conditioning while waiting. New vet not interested in receiving feedback or addressing concerns.
As usual, the vets and staff are so caring, professional, showing empathy and compassion to all my pets. The young Vet, Alias, and Veterinary Nurses went above and beyond to save my cat, Oscar. It was very much appreciated. Highly recommended .
In December 2022, my dog Nudge (Beagle x Cavalier, then 7.5 years old) had a routine dental procedure at this clinic. Within days of coming home he was flinching and clearly in significant pain whenever his back was touched. I raised my concerns with the clinic and was told he had developed a bacterial hot spot and infection. I was charged for antibiotics, a blood test, and three medications including Amoxyclav, Meloxicam, and notably Neurontin Gabapentin, which is prescribed specifically for neuropathic pain. First visit for 10 week kitten, health check, lovely vet. Organised for 2nd vaccination in two weeks then desexing at 16 weeks & 3rd vaccination. Clean & tidy clinic & rooms.
Knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough doctors and staff that have far exceeded care on every level at prices far lower than many other vetinary clinics. Dr. Ben is genuinely kind, patient, knowledgeable and reassuring.
