I have been doing the virtual fitness challenge during quarantine and I have to say that Cherie is wonderful. Her workouts are the perfect mixture of intense and difficult, I always work up a sweat. During the workouts she is very positive and motivating, I love that she shows the alternative moves in case you can’t do certain things.
