I wanted a custom kettle built for my new brewing system. I contacted Blichmann to just inquire cost and if it was even possible to add five 1-1/2" tri-clamp fittings to a 15 gallon boil kettle. Their 'after the sale' service is GREAT. I recently decided to add to my Anvil/Blichmann collection of equipment with a Foundry all-in-one system. When shipping was delayed I contacted them to find out why it wasn't shipping. One of their support reps, Jared, got right back to me and said one of the items in my order was out of stock, and offered to ship the other items right away and complete the order when that item was back in stock. My Anvil Brewing pump stopped working during a mash, so I contacted customer support for assistance. Jared responded quickly with several possible solutions, but unfortunately the pump still would not function. He then arranged to have a replacement pump sent to me right away. Jared provided outstanding customer support with an excellent response time through email. I truly appreciate all of his help.
I needed some replacement parts and was unable to locate the correct part numbers. I emailed Blichmann and received a quick reply. Had a formal quote and ordering instructions the same day. I received the order within a few days after placing the order. A very good experience. They were very easy to do business with.
As a homebrewer for over 20 years who started out with pots and glass carboys, it's nice to have access to highly engineered equipment that is made for homebrewers. Great customer support as well!
