I needed some replacement parts and was unable to locate the correct part numbers. I emailed Blichmann and received a quick reply. Had a formal quote and ordering instructions the same day. I received the order within a few days after placing the order. A very good experience. They were very easy to do business with.
As a homebrewer for over 20 years who started out with pots and glass carboys, it's nice to have access to highly engineered equipment that is made for homebrewers. Great customer support as well!
I am really impressed with all the products that I bought here. I bought two 10.5 & one 6.5 brewers and 3 fermenters from them. The quality is second to none. I made a huge error in my design, and Jared stepped in to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Third time ordering, now a lifetime customer cannot recommend these guys enough.
Just purchased the electric HERMS 1bbl pilot system. There were a couple of issues that were handled with a quick phone call(shout out to Jared Meyers). We still have some build out to do before we can start brewing, but starting with good kit at a good price helps!
