I’ve been calling for 2 weeks trying to reach someone in the wage garnishment department. However after numerous voicemails, no one has still returned a call regarding my concerns. I have fulfilled my obligation for money owed and my paycheck is still being garnished. My employer stated it’s nothing they can do until they have receive a Notice of Satisfaction. I actually wasn't going to reach out to them at first based off the reviews already listed. However, my mother suggested I still call. To add context, I called in a calm, respectful manner despite the situation. Jen was also polite and said she understood where I was coming from with the amount that was being taken out of my check and said she would see what she could do. Well, she did great! She got my payments lowered and I really appreciate it! Thanks again for your help!

I have been dealing with 2 accounts with this law firm with Kim for some years now. Until a couple months she has become very nasty, and uneasy to work with. I would communicate with her about payments, reschedule payments, payment arrangements ect.
