Very pleased to have chosen this vet clinic for our dog Noodles, the staff couldn't have been more lovely & accommodating.
I have never felt more comfortable leaving my dog with a vet. Ivy unfortunately got very sick and needed help, I was thankfully able to be booked in the same day as they had a spot free. Ivy was seen and looked after thoroughly. She spent two full days with Bli Bli getting rehydrated and all the attention! I was updated on her improvements throughout the day, and felt comfortable knowing my puppy was getting the care she needed! I am so let down and disappointed with this Veterinary Surgery. We have attended for 10 years with two dogs, spending thousands over the years. When we needed them the most, in our saddest grief of having to euthanize our beloved dog, they let us down by stating they were booked and couldn't take us, even though I rang when they first opened for the day. Honestly used to be the only vet i would recommend anyone but after my last few visits and seeing a whole different vet surgery i just cant go back, took my pup in for a suspicious lump and an injection and the vet felt like all she was there to do was add more and more to my bill trying to make me feel guilty for passing up on things my pup clearly didnt need and making my bill bigger and bigger.
