Very good experience with staff, however the AI receptionist is terrible. After several calls the AI receptionist could not answer any of my questions. Therefore I had to actually present to the surgery to have my questions answered and make an appointment- very disgusted. Am particularly disappointed that people’s jobs are being taken over by AI especially in a health space
I’ve never had any issues with the doctors they are great at what they do , I appreciate them very much !!
