Did what they said they would in a timely fashion and didn't over charge.
I brought my laptop here for a simple screen replacement. Someone in their shop dropped it as it has brand new scrapes all over the bottom and now it doesn't work. I took it back and they were going to fix it and didn't even argue with me. So they knew that they were the ones who had dropped it. Apparently they screwed it up so badly that they reimbursed me for the new screen install and handed me back a thousand dollar dead laptop. They aren't offering to pay for the repairs somewhere else. The young man on duty Saturday march 21 in Jacksonville has been and was very much so helpful during my process of replacing my desktop tower. I have little knowledge of this technology but he was so helpful I was up and running this afternoon with no problems once I got the right connections.
We took an old tower computer by for recycling. They were VERY helpful and kind. Please help support this local business!
