We had an extremely disappointing experience with James Pietz through MetLife legal plan. During a phone consultation regarding a significant vehicle issue, he was dismissive and very rude. He cut off my husband mid-sentence, claiming he didn’t need all that details, and abruptly ask about irrelevant information.
