We had an extremely disappointing experience with James Pietz through MetLife legal plan. During a phone consultation regarding a significant vehicle issue, he was dismissive and very rude. He cut off my husband mid-sentence, claiming he didn’t need all that details, and abruptly ask about irrelevant information. Jim is a great lawyer, if you just need someone to speak. He is very friendly, He didn’t share all pictures during the case, point out the lack of hurting my chances on an appeal. Requesting that I tell him when they had been taken 5 minutes before the trial. When I sent them to him, everything had dates and explanations. He had said he would call me before to trial to go over everything again, but that never happened.
