Billing is horrible. They say they don't receive payment, and ask for proof you paid, even though I called with dates of payment. They stopped picking up my trash then I got a late notice a day later in the mail. I am taking time out of my day to get the proof from the bank, then switching companies immediately.

Horrible service. Never an answer when you call, literally never. Bill is always late and even after you pay they dont pick up your trash. You have 1 job. How they remain in business is beyond me!

I have had this service approximately 5 years. My bill has gone up 4 times in that amount of time. They give me no explanation to why the bill is going up. I will definitely be looking for another garbage service! :)

Billing service is the worst I've ever seen. No bill received but youre always behind on paying. Then they don't take your trash.

Our garbage gets picked up, but the billing service is poor to say the least. Don't get bills then they send a late notice threatening to shut it off. They don't post the payments properly either. Then you have to prove you paid.

Pay through PayPal which gives it's own receipts for consumer safety stating that you received my payment. Yet you guys want to say you haven't. Are you trying to be scammy?
