I have taken more than one vehicle to this establishment for repairs. I have always received quality repairs, and courteous service. I especially appreciate that they work directly with my insurance company and handle all of the billing. There is an attached business, that is a car rental agency; if you ask them to help set up a vehicle rental that can be used while your car is being repaired, they will coordinate with the car rental company and the insurance company to help you get a rental car.
I went to Blevins t get an estimate for repair and I was not impressed. The guy didn't even bother to leave the comfort of the office to look at my Jeep. He glanced at the damage out the window and then asked for my insurance card so he could get my vehicle info from it. I asked if he needed to step out and look at it & he said "I've been doing this awhile, I can see what I need from here." His estimate was more expensive than others I had, with less repairs on it.
