The Bleu Bite team was a joy to work with! Super organized and it's great to work with an established vendor that has experience with so many local venues - you can trust everything will go smoothly. And the food was delicious of course!
We used Bleu Bite for a catered dinner for 24 at a rental house. From beginning to end they made the process super easy and simple. They dropped of tables and chairs for our dinner, worked us thru their extensive menu, and provided a dinner that was exactly what we were looking for. Staff at the event was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Bleu Bite Catering.
We hired Bleu Bite to do our post-wedding brunch. We selected the drop-off service, and we felt they went above and beyond! They provided a table and linen for serving, a menu, and chafing dishes with Sternos to keep the food hot. Then they came and picked up when we were finished, without any extra effort on our part. Great service!
One thing I learned throughout the wedding planning is that communication is key. I can confidently say Bleu Bite catering went above and beyond and exceeded any expectations. Oregon Folklife Network hired Bleu Bite to cater a large gathering of over 50 people with a motley of dietary restrictions and they exceeded our expectations. From planning the menu to tearing down the buffet line, every step of the process was smooth. The associate who helped set up and tear down the buffet was kind, on-time, and professional.
