Cerstin and her dedicated, talented crew have provided wonderful, tasty, unique goodness for my family and business, for many years. Her tastings are always top-notch, her crew top-notch, artistic presentation top-notch. Recently I attended one of her first kitchen take-overs, a delightful evening in her kitchen absorbing her creative recipes, enjoying lively company, and tasting all that was taught and prepared. Think catered anything and I think Bleau Bite.
They catered for my wife and I and were incredible through the entire process. The food was spectacular. Ally and the folks there at Bleu Bite made it simple and fun!
I used Bleu Bite for my bridal shower this weekend and it was phenomenal! Everyone loved the food and we barely had any leftovers! Mike came early to set up and was right on time for breakdown after the event! Seriously the easiest caterer to book in town and the best menu options! If you need a caterer, look no further!
