Highly recommend Bleu Bite Catering! They catered our wedding reception at the High Desert Museum and I have no regrets about booking them. I knew during our first call with Cerstin that we would be in skilled hands. She asked questions that guided us toward the decisions we would need to make, but I never felt pressured. Highly recommend! It was great working with Bleu Bite. The pre-planning process was so seamless and organized. Great communication and really responsive. Their staff was so friendly and attentive!! And their food was really good! Our guests were raving about our appetizers, the salmon and chicken were really good, and I loved the side of mashed potato’s. Book them!
We are extremely grateful to have had Bleu Bite cater our wedding on the 27th. They did such an amazing job and made all of our guests feel so well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone kept talking about how good everything was.
