This place is not what it used to be. I’ve gone hundreds of times to get blowouts and it seems the customer service has gone extremely downhill. I was extremely dissatisfied with my hair and called to let someone know. The owner told me the only thing she could do was give a free scalp massage for the next appointment, a service I don’t get. Customer service here is out of the window… it used to be fabulous but has gone tremendously downhill. Since the owner doesn’t actually work there and makes money off the stylists that actually do, she supports and defends poor costumer service from her employees, probably so that they stay and make her money while she does nothing.
It was easy to book, friendly check in, Micaela was friendly and did exactly what I asked for, great products offered.
My updo came out fantastic! Got compliments all night long. Stayed in place and just looked gorgeous.
