I booked a appointment for 10:30pm after I got off of work so my hair was done I also had a scheduled agenda no one showed the owner I’m assuming called being apologetic told me she would come she’ll also be traveling from far I made a last min appointment somewhere else and hated my hair bad experience

We had an appointment for cornrows with Isabella for 12:30 today and was told that she would be there for the hair appointment. When we got there, there was a man there who called Isabella and she told him she didn't want to come in and honor the appointment. It is deplorable how a religious-based hair salon won't honor a commitment. This is NOT how Jesus would treat customers if he were still around. FYI TO ALL CUSTOMERS: DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS ORGANIZATION'S LIES AND FALSE CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES!!!

I called The day before thanksgiving and was able to get an appointment that same day! I was In a hair crisis. I had Went to another braided that braided me so tight and had my scalp in pain. She consulted with me on a style that I’d like that would also be tension free. They took so good care of me. She was super gentle on my scalp and kept checking in with me.
