This place is nothing but a joke. I'm not quite sure where you guys have aquired the staff to run this office. But they are the WORST, most uneducated people I have ever talked to. They will do anything to get out of doing the job they were hired for. My recommendation: Shut this office down.
Wow, well Dr Ahmed Jouan and his team has proved to be the most untrustworthy, uncaring, greedy team I have ever experienced. They will constantly reschedule your appointments, then if you even miss a single one Dr says not worth my time even if you call and explain why. I have had two seizures since seeing him, after being told he doesn't think I have seizures and trying to prescribing 5 medications for all kinds of things but for my seizures, 1 of which is the only one I continued.
