I NEVER leave reviews, as I’m not one to complain, but today, I have to. I walked in shortly after their 9:30 opening. As a frequent customer, I began looking for a pink to match my already done nails. While browsing, the tech told me to “take a seat,” pointing to the chair—no greeting or offer to help. I love this place! They are so kind and always do a great job. My go to for a gel nail. Mornings are a great time for no wait or walk ins.

This is after 4 days. They were very very friendly in this location, but I have to say the quality of my manicure was not that good! Very nice lady, but I feel as if she was rushing! I tried to tell her multiple times, but she kept telling me “I’m not done” or “just relax”! She then said “bye” after being “finished” with the manicure, I then pointed out many imperfections in my nails, she then proceeded file and add cuticle.
