I came in today after work on 3/3/25 same time i always come 5:00 they close at 6, they said they couldn't my nails because they didn't have time to do it and i need to come back tomorrow so I waa like ok but had the nerve to tell me they could do a pedicure if you can't do a fill in you not going give me a pedicure...this make me upset because I am regular and I always tip 20 to 25$$$ every time I cone in....will I return again I probably won't due to this...I'm sure someone else will be glad to make me a value regular clie... read more

Check your credit card after paying or pay cash. My service was $55 and I gave a $10 tip total of $65. Checked my card a week later to find $110 charged. Finally found time to get back over there. After they checked the camera to ensure I didn’t have another person with me, they refunded the balance. I’m not 100% sure but this may be normal tactics, hoping certain customers won’t check their card to ensure accurate charges. Pay cash or ensure to check your charges.

First time getting my nails done here and it was a wonderful experience. Walk in appt and they were able to work me in. The staff was very kind and friendly and did a great job!

Came tues aug 27 2024 for a pedicure. During the service, the guy doing my pedi pulled my cuticle, causing pain and bleeding. I came back 2 days later to speak to a manager and show her my now infected toenail and was told it was my fault. They blamed it on an ingrown toenail, and this is NOT an ingrown toenail.
