They never get my insurance billing right; never run my secondary insurance I have submitted several times. Don’t ever try the telehealth options; they are horrible. They just changed what system they use to “make it better”, but trust me, it isn’t. I called the office to let them know I was trying to get into my appt and they didn’t help at all. The lady I spoke to even said, “oh, I don’t know anything about that”, kept talking over me while I was trying to explain, so CLEARLY wasn’t listening to me. I ended up completely m... read more
Their location in Quincy is AWFUL. Not only do they LIE about running your insurance, they REFUSED my sister's insurance even though they'll cover her in emergency situations(which this was). And then marked her as self pay. Today, Brenda tried to say her insurance denied the claim, when the rep. Before said I was marked as self pay. On top of that, they missed she had strep with her fever being so high. FYI, she can't get the bill if she's not home.
