Dr Blanchard is great! Prompt, addressed each of my questions and concerns as I brought them up and checked on me a day later to make sure my meds were working okay and that I didn’t have any questions! I feel he very efficiently went above and beyond to show he cares.
New facility is very clean and well laid out. Staff is very friendly and efficient.
The purpose of the visit was to determine a course of action. Dr Blanchard listened to my concerns and outlined a course of action which easily understood. I felt very confident about the upcoming steps he had outlined.
Being new lest then 3months living in Quincy Illinois, getting established with the various health services (primary doctor, orthopedic surgeon, physiotherapy) was made so much easier being in the same building and all the staff and doctors were so kind and gracious. It just made things pleasant and less overwhelming.
