He was excellent. Very polite. He explained everything he needed to do and why it needed to be done. He offered the Service Partner Plan, which I enrolled in on the spot. The final product was much more streamlined and it looked better….not that pipes need to look nice, but he got rid of the jumbled mess that was left there.
Our technician Rick was was very professional and explained in detail several options we could make when dealing with our air conditioner. No pressure to make a decision immediately and even gave us a quick, but temporary fix to buy us some time to think about what route we wanted to take.
Brandon did a great job and we appreciate his work and that of Blessing Co.
