The braiders are sweet and kind but I left here with thin braides, next time I'll go to hidi and jojo as planned..the drive is worth it if you get exactly what you asked for.

If I could give negative stars. I would. After two days, the braids started to come loose. My daughter had an event and spent her own money. I sewed the braids down where they all started to come undone. Child was terrified to return because it was so painful. They said on our website it states....they can't do anything because it has been 12 days and the braids were taken out. They knew that I found them on google and made my appointment in person.
