This has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. Despite my efforts to remain reasonable and respectful, I was met with an extremely unprofessional and hostile attitude. Her behavior was unnecessarily rude and reflects very poorly on her character and business.
Esther did my hair for the first time and I loved it. Her shop was neat and clean, I was the only customer in the shop, and this was the best braiding experience I’ve ever had. After this experience I can’t go anywhere else to get my braids.
I went to Esther last Thursday referred to by my Sister. My Sister braids were always neat and pretty so I decided to called, Esther on that Thursday. She said come on in for 11:00 am that day. Esther braid my hair beautiful and she took her time on the style that you ask for. Her shop is very clean and nice.
