The star rating keeps dropping, and unfortunately, I understand why. The quality of the work was mediocre, and I left very disappointed. One thing that concerns me is the lack of professionalism. As far as I could tell, there were no visible cosmetology licenses displayed. The salon also has no shampoo sinks, and I observed the same combs and hair ties being reused between clients without being cleaned. I had a very horrible experience at this establishment. They do not care about your time or your money. They do not wash their hands and they go from head to head. They use the same combs on everyone heads and do not wash them in between. Black people if you care about your Hair, money and time please spare yourself and find somewhere else to go. We need to stop feeding these people. Also they don’t know how to do black peoples hair they just barley know how to braid
I love them!!. Blessing, Gifted and the staff are nice and they do a great job. Providing braids, twists and locs, take down and more.. Plenty of braiders to get the job done in a timely manner. I always leave pretty and satisfied..
