The same thing happened to me. I bought a groupon for a pedicure with Arvis back in May or June but couldn’t get an appointment with her until August. The day before the appointment, I was called by the salon to say that she couldn’t do it. I rescheduled for this morning, doing some scheduling shifting to make it. The salon was completely empty and appears to be out of business. NO call from Arvis to warn me, which was an incredibly rude and inconsiderate thing to do to someone.
Facility closed with no notice! I had an appointment scheduled with Arvis. I arrived to find that the building was vacant. No notice posted on the door. No phone call to me to inform me. I wasted time from work and gas travelling to the location for nothing!
The number on listed on groupon is disconnected. So I goggled the site and called the number listed several times. So far I haven't heard back from anyone! Will update when I do. Yes! I received a call back and appt was made. Will update this after my appt on the 31st.
