We had an issue with yellow jackets going in and out under our kitchen bay window. Then yesterday noticed some bees in the basement dropping down from ceiling. Called at 3:30 on Friday. Kyle was out by 4:30. He searched and found hole where they were entering. He said the ones down the bbasement were lost under floor boards and were searching for light that is why they dropped by glass block windows in basement. He sprayed a powder in the hole.
