Before I write my review, the 1 stars are great entertainment to read and laugh through haha! Anyways, ordered a part through the website: easy to navigate, simple, catchy, one of my personal favorites to use. Terrible communication. Canceled order and refunded money without so much as an email. Tracking showed order as being processed for 3 weeks so I got in touch with them and was told it would be about another week. Week passed with no change. Called again only to find out my order had been cancelled and refunded two days after I placed it without so much as an email. Waste of time. The 190hp custom tune woke my truck up like crazy really recommend
Ordered a KC Stage 2 turbo with custom tunes and a custom tuned fuel injection control module for my 2006 F350. Communication via email was great, shipping was fast. Everything arrived very well packaged and undamaged. Work was completed by myself with some help from instructional videos from Blessed. It’s like a new truck, I can’t believe the difference. Very happy with my experience.
