Awful. Nails lifted and cracked in just a few days of having them done. They were beyond repair and had to be removed and new set put on!!

I stopped in for a waxing. I was from out of state and was driving by. I now have a burn on my lip under my nose from the wax. I have been getting waxed for 30 years and never been burned. In between my eyebrows also have minor burns. I now have to go to work at a school with a mustache burn across my lip. Not to mention the pain I had all day yesterday until I was able to get cream for it. She covered my face in Vaseline which caused a breakout. When I come back to Virginia I will not be returning unless it is with a lawyer... read more

Vi was very quick and professional. I have being to her since they have been open it's a great place to visit.
