Marie V gives me the neatest braids/ cornrows every time. The wash and blow dry also top notch, very satisfied
1 star. They tried to change my appointment from 9 AM to 8 AM the same day, which was already frustrating. Then when I was running late, I called to let them know, and there was an African lady on the phone yelling, cursing at me, and saying things in another language like I was a burden. I really enjoy coming here! The owner is so warm. I’ve gone 2xs now in the last month. Her care is just what the doctor ordered.
Pretty disappointed. I’ve come to this salon for the last year and normally the service is great but today was awful. Stylist showed up an hour late, then took a private call and left me for 45 mins. Finally, we did miracle knots and she used a lot of gel (didn’t even braid my natural hair fully). I washed my hair to get rid of the excess gel and the whole style fell apart. I called the salon to try to fix it and she started yelling and saying it was my fault. Very disappointed and will not come back.
