Professional and responsive. Blessed Memories Dove Release responded to my text and also did a follow up call. Event was held in a residential area, set up and release was smooth. Mike arrived a little early but was patient and did not rush the event.

Mike is as professional as they come! I called him with an unbelievable ask... "My grandmother's funeral is tomorrow, and I would like to have doves released at her committal." His response, "Send me 'this' information and not only will I be there, but I'll make it really special for your mom." Not only was he at the cemetery when we arrived... The worst! I reached out to reserve on 8/4, got a response on 8/5 they can do it. I confirmed on 8/5 to see what the next steps are to pay and reserve, no response! Emailed again on 8/6 to follow up on reserving, still no response. I called today on 8/9 to see why I didn’t get a response; Mike was rude and said you didn’t respond so the price went up when I clearly did respond TWICE and he hung up on me! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Mike was early to our venue, and patiently waiting while our wedding ceremony was performed. He explained every detail of what was to take place(this was a surprise to my fiancé who was absolutely confused on what was going on!) and we were able to execute a beautiful release. The only reason I can't offer a five star review is the weeks leading up to the event, I was having a little difficulty communicating with him on if there was a contract, and how we would secure him being there. My aunt passed away in March 2026 my nephew May 2026 Bless Doves Release was there for both graveside services. They were so professional understanding and compassionate during the Dove release for both of the services. I give them Excellence Mike was on time for both Services. My family couldnt have ask for a better closing from them releasing the doves. Thank youll so much.
