The lashes are great but the service made me go elsewhere. Owner is non-responsive and directs you to the website to do everything yourself. In 5 months, I never had 1 appointment start on time. Mostly started 15-20 minutes late. She took phone calls while doing my lashes and would have full on conversations in my ear. I loved her work but couldn’t handle to the lack of customer service
I think she’s genuinely talented and her lash work is very pretty. However, my overall experience wasn’t the best. I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time, and after getting my initial full set, my retention wasn’t great as most of the lashes fell out within two weeks. We did another classic full set and she used extra glue. I understand retention varies based on the client, habits, and natural lashes, so I didn’t place blame. Booked with her on a weekday at 11 am and she was 30 mins late. The set I picked was the hybrid but once she was done, it looked classic. I would know bc I’ve been getting hybrid sets with other lash techs and they’re always fuller compared to a classic. Also, my appointment took so much longer because she was on the phone talking the whole time. She also stood up a few times still talking on the phone. It was very unprofessional and the work she did on me was lacking.
I had such a great experience at Blessed Lashes! My HydraFacial left my skin feeling baby soft, clean and glowy! The whole experience was super relaxing, she was so sweet and professional she explained every step so well. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
I had a full set done a little less than a month ago, I rebooked for a fill and they took a deposit. Fast forward to today I come in and lay down for my fill, the lash tech begins working on my lashes without mentioning price or anything. After the service the tech calls the owner since she isn’t allowed to charge me; the owner demands I pay for a full set because “in two days it’ll be a month since you came in.” I told her my lashes still looked basically full when I came in today and the lash tech never mentioned anything ... read more
