Home is 15 months old. As stated in previous post set up by blessed homes was atrocious. Home has now developed leaks. No effort to rectify damages to home by blessed homes or Clayton the manufacturer. Hope others heed this warning as now the single mother of three who purchased this home is stuck with the cost of damage repair.
Blessed homes set up crew wrecked brand new home. Like a previous post stated off to court we go. During set up blessed homes cracked the subfloor marriage beam. Mr. Ravenel claims this is normal. My structural engineer disagrees. A complete lack of quality control. So be aware during setup if you purchase from here. They set up and ruined the home in under 5 hours, good luck everybody.
