Eric was hired to re-apply elastomeric coating on the roof of my rental property in Las Vegas. During most of the transaction / job, he seemed professional & honest. As soon as he was paid 85% of the balance owed, he ceased to respond to any and all texts and phone calls. The job was not verified as completed, as he was supposed to return to finish & send pics of all roof angles / corners.
